Going the extra mile

Funny thing this life it throws up lots of surprises both good and bad, lots of joy and lots of heartache but every now and then we all come across something that makes you stop and say to yourself – “now there is someone who is going the extra mile to make someone happy.”

Here in the GFD HQ we came across a wonderful example of such behaviour in the form of the Reverend Ray Kelly – take a look at the attached video clip – here is a guy who really is going the extra mile to make this happy couples day extra special. We have refined our installation services with a single company carrying out installations nationwide and they have the clear instructions” the customer needs must always come first” .

Our Sales / Engineers are always available at the end of the telephone to sort out any problems or queries.

At GFD HQ we would never bracket ourselves with the Rev – we know and acknowledge that not every door we sell fully meets our customers’ expectations but we make every effort we can to correct any errors and always endeavour to ensure that we leave the customer feeling satisfied.       The only way we can gauge our performance is from the independent reviews of our customers on TRUST PILOT – most of them are pretty good so we must be doing something right
