Move over Motorhead<\/a> – flee the field Florence<\/a> and Faith<\/a> (Paloma) and walk away Weller<\/a> \u2013 hurry out of site Who who<\/a>– ever you on this year\u2019s line up you there is a new star on the Glastonbury horizon who is bigger than all of the acts put together.<\/p>\n

Something strange seems to be happening this weekend there is one place in the UK which is normally guaranteed rain \u2013 because of course its Festival time and that\u2019s Glastonbury at GFD HQ we have just checked the forecast \u2013 it must be wrong because except for a very short period on Sunday afternoon it is going to stay dry. Unfortunately that predicted few hours of rain is when the Festivals most unusual and most illustrious headline entertainer is likely to be taking centre stage \u2013 we refer of course to not some heavy rock band or some folksy duo but to the Dalai Lama.<\/p>\n

The great man his holiness himself is expected to be on stage with his message of non-violence and the oneness of humanity” sometime mid Sunday afternoon if a recent BBC report proves to be correct https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/entertainment-arts-33267419<\/a><\/p>\n

As we can not show any clips from \u201cU\u201dtube of the great mans greatest hits we thought the next best thing would be to share some of his famous sayings \u2013<\/p>\n
